  • What facility types does Imperium serve?

    Imperium supports qualifying commercial offices, private medical practices, retail and common areas, and other commercial facilities across Maryland. Hospitals and residential cleaning are not offered.

  • How often is recurring service available?

    Recurring commercial cleaning begins at a minimum of two visits per week, with the final schedule defined after the facility walkthrough.

  • How is the cleaning scope created?

    We review the facility, traffic, priorities, and service requirements during a walkthrough, then document the approved cleaning scope.

  • Can cleaning be scheduled after business hours?

    Yes. Service timing can be planned around facility operations, access requirements, and the approved cleaning schedule.
